A 42-year-old man blocked with a taser by State Police officers: on Tuesday afternoon he went into a rage along Corso Genova in Vigevano.

Moments of tension in Corso Genova, a Vigevano, when a man of 42 year old suddenly lost controlunleashing a series of violent acts towards everything that came within reach.
The episode occurred shortly before 2pm on Tuesday 11 June 2024, when the 42-year-old was caught by a lit state of alteration which led him to demonstrate irrational and dangerous behaviors for himself and for others present.
The police arrive
Officers from the State Police station immediately intervened on the scene and tried to calm the situation and calm the agitated man. However, despite the attempts, the subject continued in his agitated state, putting the safety of passers-by and the officers involved at risk.
Tasered
Faced with the persistence of the dangerous situation, the police had to resort to more drastic measuresdeciding to use the taser to immobilize the 42-year-old and put an end to his violent conduct.
Taken to hospital
Once neutralized, the 42-year-old he was then entrusted to the care of medical staff arrived on site with an ambulance from the Blue Cross Vigevano and a medical vehicle. After the initial assessments, he was transported to the civilian emergency room to receive the necessary treatment.
