Last bureaucratic issues to be sorted out, but the feeling is that the negotiations between Ferrara and Ozzano for the exchange of headquarters are now moving towards the conclusion most awaited by the entire white-blue environment. On Monday afternoon there was an important meeting in the city between the two entourages, in which lawyers and accountants were also present, to take a further look at the papers and come together to understand any needs. The negotiations therefore continue, and we have reached the final and decisive stages: the cards will be revealed as soon as possible, and it is not excluded that some announcement could arrive as early as tomorrow in the evening organized by the company to thank the sponsors in Fossadamericano. In fact, the times are quite tight, the market is already in turmoil and Ferrara will have to start moving quickly to build the roster: as is known, we will start again with the confirmation of coach Benedetto, while the staff will be almost completely revolutionized taking into account the contracts that the the Estense club would take on the responsibility in the event of a transfer of headquarters to Ozzano. The big man Filippini and the former Biancazzurro captain Cortese are part of the package that Ferrara would take charge of if the negotiation were to go through, but this does not exclude the possibility of finding an agreement and ending the relationship prematurely. It will be an evaluation that will have to be made once the definitive green light arrives, while it is certain that Nacho Davico will not be Ferrara’s foreigner for the next season: the Argentine guard has signed the renewal with Gardonese until 2026, definitively putting to rest rumors of his possible farewell. Director Pulidori had contacted his agent, but it didn’t go beyond a simple exploratory survey and Davico will therefore remain in B2 on the Brescia side. A name that could be of interest is that of the 2003-born winger Alessandro Ferrari, fresh from a good season in B1 in Ravenna where he produced 9.1 points and 5.2 rebounds in just over 24 minutes of use.
