Ferrara, 12 June 2024 – The bold descents and the ascents, he sang Lucio Battisti. Let’s start with who did well. Franceso Charity, with 1,087 preferences, is the most voted. Highly rated too Silvia Fabbri (476 votes), the outgoing councilor Angela Travagli (382 preferences), Valentina Loredana Ionita (369 votes), Giacomo Gelmi (313), the outgoing councillor Marco Gulinelli (271) and the former group leader of Ferrara Nostra, Francesca Savini (267).

Then a great return to the Council: Francesco Rendine, with 203 votes, will sit in the Chamber for the fourth time after the five-year hiatus of this legislature. In Fabbri’s group also the outgoing councilor, a former Northern League member, Luca Caprini (179 votes), Alice Formignani (138) e Patrizio Girotto (126). For Fratelli d’Italia the boom belongs to the outgoing councillor, Alessandro Balboni (950 votes), who enters the Council with Federico Soffritti (344), Chiara Scaramagli (209) e Camilla Mondini (206). The Carroccio has, among the most voted – it will make a group of ‘only’ three elements – the outgoing deputy mayor, Nicola Lodi (919), the outgoing councillor Cristina Coletti (651) and my council colleague, Dorota Kusiak (193). Finally, to complete the centre-right team – Maggi’s civic party and the UDC have not reached a quorum – there will be Forza Italia with two councillors. The outgoing councillor, Matteo Fornasini (741 votes) and the former councillor Diletta D’Andrea (295).
On the other side of the barricade, we have a substantial PD group – seven elements – followed by Anselmo’s civic body (in addition to him) for a total of three elements and the 5 Star Movement which remains, even in this council, composed of only one element : Marzia Marchi. Among the Dems, the former councilor Anna Chiappini (the most voted with 493 preferences), the colleague Davide Nanni (431), the new entry Sara Conforti (404) e Massimo Buriani (328). Then, the patrol of new recruits: Matteo Proto (327), Elia Cusinato (304) ed Enrico Segala (301). From the Anselmo street, they enter Arianna Poli (287) e Adam Atik (175). In the League, the former councilor Giovanni Cavicchi stops at 26, while the outgoing councillor Andrea Martinelli Turatti he gets just 17. Also on Maggi’s list, apart from the boom of the leaders, followed by Marco Nonato (115), the level of preference remains low. The Unife teacher Guido Casaroli the former model stops at 38 Federica Taranto only 10. The outgoing councilor also remains outside the Council, Anna Ferraresi which totaled 113 preferences. The former Forza Italia councilor Vittorio Anselmiis stuck at 52, while the entrepreneur Fabio Bulgarelli he took ten more. With 189 votes, the militant Dem Diego Marescotti he can’t make it into the Council, just like that Patrizio Fergnani (The Civics) despite an extraordinary preference result: 459.
