The countdown begins for the Preview of the International Street Food Festival, which will be held from 6.30pm on Friday 14 June until Sunday evening 16 June in Piazza Ricasoli in Bagno di Romagna.
The Preview of the “International Street Food Festival” of Bagno di Romagna, organized by Confesercenti Ravenna•Cesena and Slow Food Cesena with other partners and in collaboration with the Municipality of Bagno di Romagna, is a consolidated and eagerly awaited event. It will also be the first ribbon cutting for the newly elected mayor Enrico Spighi.
Even more numerous delegations will participate in the event, here are just some examples of the delicacies that can be found at the Preview of the 2024 International Street Food Festival. Abruzzo (Chieti) – Sheep roasts, sheep hamburgers. Sicily (Palermo) – Pani ca’ meusa, panelle, rice arancine, cannoli. Thailand – Pad Thai and other specialties, Cuba – with Chicharritas, Tostones and Tamales and Cuban cocktails. Il Griglificio – with its burgers, pulled pork, ribs and many other specialties and finally Bagno di Romagna – tortelli in the slab, castagnaccio, porcini mushrooms and more.
To accompany the tasty dishes of the delegations from various parts of Italy and the world, there will be musical entertainment every evening. Saturday evening will offer an unmissable event: it will be possible to watch the first match of the EURO 2024 qualifying round which will feature the Italian national team against Albania.
The Festival is organized by Confesercenti Ravenna•Cesena, Slow Food Cesena and Eventi in Itinere, in collaboration with the Municipality of Bagno di Romagna, the Pro Loco of Bagno di Romagna and Matilde Studio.
