Please note that in the Veneto Region it has been possible to sign up for the training courses on Pathological Gambling Disorder intended for the moment only for owners (or their delegates) of gaming rooms, betting rooms, VLT rooms and any other premises (both generalist and specialized) that have installed equipment referred to in art. 110 paragraph 6 of the TULPS (AWP and VLT).
The courses are to be carried out by 31 May 2025 and are valid for three years.
Starting from the years following the first, the training obligation will also be extended to the staff working in the establishments. The courses are provided online only.
Below are the operating methods.
REGISTRATION METHOD
You can register at the following link https://entegestori.aulss3.veneto.it/. Once the registration procedure has been completed, you will have 60 days to complete the course and receive the certificate. If you do not proceed and complete the course within the aforementioned deadline, you will lose your registration for the course and will have to take another one.
VALIDITY OF THE COURSES
The courses, lasting 4 hours, are valid for three years from the date of obtaining the certificate. They are divided into training modules, you will have three attempts to pass each training module.

To obtain the certificate, 100% attendance is required.
In the event of a change in ownership of the business or the hiring of new staff, the new owner and the new employees will have to fulfill the training obligation within 1 year of taking over or hiring.
REGISTRATION COSTS
The cost is equal to Euro 102 (100 Euros + 2 Euros for stamp duty) for each individual attending. The cost is VAT exempt.
THE SANCTIONS
In case of non-compliance with the training obligation, a fine of between Euro 500 and Euro 1,500 is foreseen for the owners of generalist businesses and between Euro 2,000 and 6,000 for the owners of the rooms and the staff. In case of non-compliance with the training obligation, a warning is sent to fulfill the same within 60 days and until this is fulfilled, the devices installed in the room are temporarily closed.
In the event of three violations being ascertained in a two-year period, the devices will be permanently closed even if the fine is paid.
