The European data together with those of last year’s Provincial Elections provide an initial assessment also in view of next year’s municipal elections which will approximately take place in May 2025.

In 2019, there were 4 mayoral candidates who presented themselves to the voters, Enrico Galvan supported by two lists Borgo e Olle bene comune and Borgo Domani. Martina Ferrai supported by three lists Civitas, Viviamo Borgo e Olle, Innova Borgo e Olle. Marika Sbetta supported by three lists Lega Autonomia Salvini Trentino, Borgo Olle united for change and Acting for Trentino Claudio Cia. In the end Sunil Pellanda supported by a single list Rivivere Borgo.

The movements”unofficial” have already begun in view of 2025 where in all likelihood there will be the return of the former mayor to the local political scene Fabio Dalledonne who in September 2018 resigned to try to climb the Provincial Council with the Civica Trentina alongside the late Rodolfo Borga, however collecting only 873 votes, not enough to be elected.
