A circumstance that had led the extraordinary commissioner Gerardina Basilicata to post a notice with which the cards were only delivered to those directly involved or to close relatives. A single episode worthy of note, at an electoral headquarters, also in via Canduglia, where an elderly person fell outside and left traces of blood upon entering. It all ended with a bit of a fuss and with electoral operations suspended for the time needed for cleaning.
