13 mayors have already been elected in Campania: there is also Abagnale, mayor of Sant’Antonio Abate. For them, who ran alone, it was enough to exceed the quorum of voters.

For the reconfirmation it was enough to exceed the quorum, since she ran alone at the helm of the Neapolitan municipality, at the center of the news in recent weeks for the now well-known affair of the Castello delle Cerimonie. However, she is not the only one in Campania to have celebrated her appointment as mayor in advance in elections still underway: there are 13 mayors who only had to exceed the quorum of 40% of voters to obtain the tricolor band. However, the proclamations will have to wait for the usual technical times and will therefore take place in the next few days.
In the province of Naples, the only case was that of Ilaria Abagnale, confirmed as leader of the city for having easily reached the quorum thanks to a turnout of 79.67%, in clear contrast to the data of other cities. In Sannio, however, Pasquale Iacovella was reconfirmed at the helm of Casalduni, while in the province of Avellino Antonio Spinielli received his fifth mandate in Grottolella. In ten of the Salerno municipalities out of the 47 that went to vote for their respective mayors, Elio Guadagno is already celebrating in advance, reconfirmed in Ottati as early as Saturday evening, followed by Geppino Parente in Bellosguardo, Modesto La Mattina in Caggiano, Attilio Romano in Casalbuono, Gianpiero Nuzzo in Caselle in Pittari, Simone Valiante in Cuccaro Vetere, Maria Teresa Scarpa in Gioi, Raffaele Mondelli in Omignano, Enrico Zambrotti in San Pietro al Tanagro and Massimo Farro in Torchiara. For all the others we will have to wait for the official counting: great attention to Avellino, the only capital municipality called to the polls in Campania.
