BOLOGNA In Emilia-Romagna 57.31% of those entitled to vote voted (around 8% less than in the last European elections). The Democratic Party – with just 7 sections missing – is the first party with 36.16% of the votes, followed by Fratelli d’Italia with 28.02%, M5S with 7.17%, Alleanza Verdi Sinistra at 6.53%. Collapse of the League to 6.48%, but ahead of Forza Italia here (6.11%). Below the threshold Calenda’s Action (3.18%) and Renzi’s United States of Europe (2.96%).
TO Bologna and province the definitive data: the Pd is at 40.28%, FdI 24.52%, Avs 8.49%, M5S 7.33%, Forza Italia 4.6%, Lega 4.52%, United States Europe 3.32%, Equity 3.15%.
Fratelli d’Italia is the leading party in the provinces of Piacenza, Parma, Ferrara and Rimini, while the Democratic Party, as well as in Bologna, commands in Reggio, Modena, Ravenna and Forlì-Cesena.
Preferences. In the Democratic Party, Bonaccini received 249,644 votes, Elisabetta Gualmini 33,215, Alessandro Zan 27,955, Annalisa Corrado 24,012, Giuditta Pini 17,802, Antonio Mumolo 15,587, Alessandra Moretti 15,576.
In FdI Giorgia Meloni got 161,598 votes, Stefano Cavedagna 45,766 and Piergiacomo Sibiano 10,048.
General Roberto Vannacci, candidate in the League, was chosen by 39 thousand voters.
Comparisons with other elections in Emilia-Romagna. At the last European elections (2019) the League was at 33.77% and the Democratic Party at 31.24%. At the last regional elections (2020) the Pd was at 34.69%, the League at 31.69% and FdI at 8.59%. In the last elections (Senate) in 2022 Meloni took 24.97%, the Democratic Party 27.72% and the League 7.75%.
In the last municipal elections in Bologna the Pd had 36.5% and FdI 12.63%.
