At 7pm today, Sunday 9 June, the turnout in Campania for the municipal elections was 55.64%. The polls are open until 11pm.

There are just a few hours left until the polls close for the 2024 municipal elections in Campania: voting, in fact, continues until 11pm (voting is also up until the same time for the European elections, ed). The latest data on turnout, before the definitive ones, are therefore updated at 7pm today, Sunday 9 June: in Campania 55.64% of those entitled to vote voted. In the region there are 168 cities called to elect the new mayor and the new representatives of the municipal council, distributed among the five provinces; among the large cities only Avellino appears, which is actually the provincial capital.

Voting turnout for these 2024 municipal elections in Campania is therefore significantly increasing. since the previous update on voter turnout, i.e. that of 12 noon today, 9 June, indicated that 36.62% of those entitled to vote had gone to vote.
