On 30 May, the new maxi single selection notice for lists of those suitable for permanent and fixed-term hiring pursuant to the aggregate agreement provided for by the Recruitment Decree was published on InPA.

There are 37 professional profiles requested by the notice for graduates, diploma holders and specialized workers (formerly categories D, C, and B), of which 7 are new entries: civil engineer, nursery school educator, technical instructor in agricultural subjects, traffic auxiliary, administrative technical collaborator, accounting administrative collaborator, maintenance technical collaborator.

The procedure allows local authorities to recruit in just five weeks by calling those registered on the lists through a request and carrying out a single selective test.

In Puglia there is an average of one hire for each participating municipality. Among these, the municipalities of Foggia, Bitonto, Grottaglie, Cavallino, Ginosa, Cassano Delle Murge, San Giorgio Ionico, Alberobello, Faeto, Oria, Taviano, Melissano, Bovino, Biccari have also signed the agreement for the aggregate management of hiring.

For those who wish to participate, applications will open on 10 June 2024 at 12pm and close on 25 June 2024 at the same time.

Candidates who are found eligible after passing an online test will become part of the lists and will be able to participate in the Interpello notices, direct calls to the 740 municipalities and future members.

The municipalities that sign the agreement intend to strengthen their staff to guarantee citizens the best functioning of the administrative machine, through a tool that has already proven to be a best practice.

In fact, over 575 hirings have already been completed throughout the national territory and, in 2023, there were 117,000 applications with approximately 60% of candidates between 31 and 40 years old. Over 28 thousand under 30.
