Thursday 6 June, from 11 to 12, took place in the gym ofIC Velletri Nord – Mariani a meeting that involved all the third classes to celebrate the end of their school career. This short meeting was intended to begin an annual custom which involves the demonstration of the common work carried out by the third classes during the school year that has just ended.
For this purpose, the reading aloud of short excerpts from Pietro Grasso’s book “My friend Giovanni” ed. Feltrinelli whose reading engaged the third grade students during the winter months. One student from each of the third classes will read the chosen passages, starting a real reading marathon accompanied by live music from the Prof. Villan. The shared reading journey led the children to meet the author on April 15th Pietro Grasso at the Artemisio Theater thanks to the collaboration of Mondadori Bookstore in Velletri.
On the occasion of this beautiful morning of June 6th under the banner of legality, the Headmaster Prof. Senatore and Deputy Prof. Perillo wanted to extend a warm greeting to all the students who shared three years of their lives in the IC Velletri Nord – Mariani Institute and wish them a brilliant and positive continuation of their journey of cultural and personal growth.
The young students expressed all their energy and participation, concluding the event with endless applause and a song by F. Moro “Pensa” which has now become a hymn to legality. Finally, the Headmaster thanked the entire teaching staff for the valuable work carried out with the children.
