ALESSANDRIA – The Third Sector Code provides that the regulations relating to non-profit organizations will be definitively repealed. In light of this, the ONLUS, although they still have time, will have to carefully evaluate whether to become part of the Third Sector Organizations (ETS), by registering with the RUNTS – Single National Register of Third Sector Bodies and, if applicable, identify the most suitable type of ETS to transform into.
CSVnet Piedmont ETSthe Confederation of the 5 CSVs of Piedmont, organizes a series of free, online meetings; the laboratories will offer the non-profit organizations information relating to the legal form to adopt, the RUNTS registration process, the obligations to be fulfilled and the deadlines.
In particular, aspects relating to statutory adaptation and timing, fiscal aspects, the 5 per thousand, benefits and obligations, the possible devolution of assets, and much more will be addressed.
The meetings will be held by an expert in Third Sector legislation and by Chartered Accountants from the 5 CSVs, experts in Third Sector matters.
They will take place on online platform and the first on the program will take place with Wednesday 12 June, from 5pm to 7pm. Those who do not have the opportunity to follow him will have 4 other occasions, one per month: in July, September, October and November. The meetings, in fact, deal with the same topics but we opted to offer a wider range of dates to give everyone the opportunity to participate according to their needs.
