Stabbed in the square after an argument – Teramo

SILVI. The only certainty, at the moment, is that fortunately the injured person is not in danger of dying: for the rest, everything still needs to be clarified about the stabbing that occurred on the night between Sunday and Monday in Silvi.
A 27-year-old Colombian citizen, a long-time resident of the coastal town, ended up in hospital after being hit by a blow that hit him in the abdomen at the end of a violent argument.
The attacker then fled and disappeared without a trace. At the moment there is an identified person on whom investigations are underway: he is an Italian citizen who is not under investigation. The carabinieri of Giulianova’s company are also examining the images of some video surveillance systems in the area, the vision of which could give a further contribution to the reconstruction of the facts.
The alarm went off around 1am when the 118 call came in for an intervention in Piazza Fermi. When the operators arrived the man was on the ground, rescued by some motorists who heard him calling for help after collapsing on the ground. The man was immediately transferred to hospital where he was hospitalized with a prognosis of 20 days: initially rumors spread that his condition was more serious but as the hours passed the situation became clearer with the exact prognosis. The blow hit him in the abdomen at the end of the violent argument that broke out for reasons that are being examined by the military. The two are both known to law enforcement. Investigations are also underway to verify the presence of any witnesses to the incident and precisely in this context, yesterday there were already hearings of people informed about the facts.(dp)
