Saturday 8 June will be a day entirely dedicated to sporting activities. On the fields of Spes Borgotrebbia, the organizing company together with Sportpiacenza, we will start in the morning at 8 with a very intense program. At 8.30am departure of the Sport March, a non-competitive walk open to all, children, teenagers and adults, with two routes planned. The shortest of 2.5 kilometers suitable for little ones, the longest of 5 kilometers also designed for those with greater leg autonomy. Registration (mandatory and open from 8am) is completely free and will take place on the Spes field in via Antonio Anguissola 11; everyone will be able to choose their own pace as there will be no final ranking. Refreshments will be provided upon arrival.
At 9.30 the Bank of Piacenza sports festival begins, which this year celebrates its tenth edition. On the Spes Borgotrebbia fields, children and young people (there are no age limits, participants will be placed in groups together with their peers) will be able to try out, again completely free of charge, various more or less well-known sports disciplines. Qualified instructors from Piacenza clubs will illustrate the basics of the various sports. At the moment they have already joined basketball, with the Bakerytennis, thanks to Nino Bixiomartial arts, with the instructors of Matevolleyball, with River Volleyball And Gas Sales Blueenergyfootball with the Spes BorgotrebbiaThe Piacenza Baseball and fencing with the Pettorelli Club. Two other new features of the 2024 edition will be the presence of the outpatient clinic Health with a person in charge who will evaluate the posture of the youngest through some fun and educational activities Fantasy World which will offer traditional games, and some more modern ones, self-produced with recycled materials. At 12.30 the event will end with awards for all athletes, but those who want can also stay for lunch.
