Will be Franco LavezziThursday 6 June, at 8.45pm, in Sala Puerari (via Ugolani Dati, 4) to conclude the series of conferences Geohistorical singularities and naturalistic merits of a rare place: the educational forest of the Province of Cremona, organized by the Natural History Museum in collaboration with the Cremonese Naturalists. The theme of the evening will be Naturalistic interventions in the educational foresthow to “build a home” for wildlife.

The aim of the meeting is to bring attention to the educational forest of the Province of Cremona, located in the municipality of Castelleone, on the edge of the former Milan-Cremona state road and included in the Experimental Station for the conservation of lowland flora.

With his almost 30 hectares of surface area the educational forest, established by the Province of Cremona and the Lombardy Region, represents a naturalistic center of great historical and environmental value whose peculiarities are illustrated in this series of meetings by those who were the “founding fathers” of the educational forest.

This meeting, like the previous ones, also anticipates the opening Sundays of the educational forest to the public and promotes its use, preparing the visit.

Entrance is free and free. For information: tel. – 0372407768 – [email protected].
