The State Police of Gallarate arrested a citizen of Albanian nationality who had just turned 18, caught in the act of stealing a watch removed from a parked car, committed in collaboration with a 16-year-old minor of Moroccan nationality.
The operations center had received a report indicating two young people intent on stealing cars parked in a car park in via Buonarroti.
The aforementioned men, after having attempted two thefts on board a car and a van, were forced to leave because they were noticed by some inhabitants of the area.
Shortly after the report, the two were tracked down by a patrol from the Gallarate Police Station in Via de Magri, where they had just removed a valuable watch from the passenger compartment of a parked AUDI car.
Their attempt to escape and get rid of the stolen goods was foiled by the Agents, who recovered the watch and then returned it to its rightful owner.
The adult was arrested while the minor was handed over in a state of freedom to the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Milan.
