The eighth edition of the Torneo delle Contrade del Palio di Legnano ends, which began on May 31st and concluded on June 2nd, with the victory of Sancat Firenze.

On the last day of competition, the two final rankings were drawn up and individual prizes were also awarded at the end of the three days in which 44 games were played with 234 professional players involved.
Born as an 8-team tournament, in this edition the Knights who have been organizing this event for years broke all records.
With the qualifying tournament, 24 teams + 16 participated globally in the 2024 tournament, with over 400 boys from 2013 and 2014 involved.
6 Italian regions and 4 European nations were represented for a total of over 70 matches played in 5 days in 6 city gyms.
The numbers hardly lie, this was certainly the edition with the highest numbers ever.
In addition to the Palio, a fundamental excellence for the city of Legnano is undoubtedly basketball; a combination that stimulates curious people both as companies and as fans who filled the PalaBorsani on Sunday with almost 1000 people present.
We remind you that the 8 teams that won the Palio tournament will have the right to automatic participation in the next 2025 edition.
In addition to these 8, participation is also guaranteed to the team that won the Provaccia tournament (Pall. Cantù) and to the one that won the “Spirito Del Palio – Barbara Costa” award (Granada)
