A here and now in which the affection they need nestles, in which they can take a break from an existence which, in daily challenges, can wear out even the strongest dreams and affections.
Lucio, the owner of the place, is the referee and witness of the agreement from behind the counter: year after year he observes them and listens to them between a cigarette and a glass, without ever getting involved, trying to imagine their lives and guess who they really are on the outside from those four walls where they decided to take a break from what awaits them every day. And their relationship thus becomes an unexpected opportunity for him to reflect on his own reality.

Christian Bergamo was born in 1985. He founded the startup Parole in posing, the platform that allows readers to be told and portrayed by their favorite writers. He lives in Rome, where he is an advertising creative.
