The ambitious team from the city, which was just on Saturday forced to emigrate to Varese for the last regular season match victory (overwhelming 22-3 against SC Milan), they are desperately looking for a swimming pool to play in the Serie C playoffs. But this is not the only inconvenience…
Skip the field factor
Coach’s boys Andrea Crespiwho came second in the standings with just one point behind the Onda Blu, will now have to earn the promotion to Serie B in the double comparison with the Mestrina, winner of the Veneto group. A very delicate challenge for which Busto Water Polo starts already at a disadvantage, not being able to count on that field factor proved to be decisive during the season, with the bustocchi always victorious in front of the friendly public of the “Manara”.
Looking for a swimming pool to play and train
For the president’s Bustocca company Maurizio Castagnain short, a big handicap: first and foremost sporting, with Busto who will actually play two away games without even be able to train regularly no longer having their own spaces and therefore having to “beg” for them here and there in the territory. A discussion that is valid and inevitably extends also to the whole movement: from the youth sector to the female sectorwith inconveniences beyond imagination.
Secondly, economic, with an unexpected – and certainly not insignificant – extra budget to shell out to quickly find a swimming pool up to standard (the Bocconi in Milan?) for the challenge June 15as well as to guarantee the continuation (because we can no longer speak of regularity) of the movement.
So there’s no point in adding anything else…
