Ninth victory in Moto 3 for the Colombian phenomenon, the first rider in the history of Moto 3 to win five of the first seven races. Alonso doesn’t deny himself, he is the fastest, no one has his pace in the race. At the start he sprints in front, and Ortola so as not to contradict himself, he glued himself to his rear wheel. After three laps the group had already split: there were only the Colombian and the Spaniard in front Veijer And Furusato, Lunette ended up in the brawl at the start, but after contact with the Dutchman he immediately got sucked back up to thirteenth place. The first part of the race lasted three laps: the bad accident at the second of the two Arrabbiata bends, between Farioli And Zurutuza ended up in front of the wheels of the man from Bergamo who was unable to avoid it, forcing the race direction to stop. Red flag, race suspended, Zurutuza taken away by ambulance to the medical center where they found a major trauma to his shoulder. Only Farioli was able to redeploy himself, good last, for the second route which led badly to Nepaimmediately mowed down by the motorbike of Ruedatouched with Holgado (which achieved two long laps, very generous…) at the first braking point.

In front, same script as the first fraction: Alonso, followed by Ortola, Furusato, Veijer, Munoz and Yamanaka In just a few laps he gave up on the rest of the group, where he remained bottled up Lunette. Alonso was marked on sight by Vejier and Furusato was unable to free himself to attempt an attack. He patiently went into waiting mode, until four laps from the end. Then, when he guessed the right moment to shake off the competition, in just a few corners he put half a second between himself and the others. The two fastest laps of the race, signed by the Dutchman, were not enough to mend things. In the last lap the Colombian kept those few meters of distance which prevented him from getting caught in the slipstream by Veijer. Deserved victory, first place in the standings confirmed with a 37 point advantage over Holgado (his race was complicated by the double penalty). Third place for Yamanaka, the sixth Japanese in history to reach the Moto3 podium. Seventh place for Lunetta, first of the Italians, conditioned by the first start: “I could have done more – his story – but at the first braking point Veijer came into me badly and I went wide; from then on I didn’t understand anything, everyone passed me by.” Starting again from 15th position (the ranking after three laps determined the new starting order) made him immediately lose contact with the leading group. If even his garage expects more (Paolo Simoncelli scolded him a bit) it’s ultimately a good sign.
