A thirty-two year old from Castiglione del Lago was arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing following a road check carried out in Magione, in the San Feliciano area. Here the young man, already known to the police, was subjected to a personal search and his inspection revealed three blocks of “smoke” weighing 100 grams each, plus another piece of hashish weighing 30 grams. The search was extended to the vehicle in which he was travelling, where a precision scale and a knife were found. Everything was seized while his wrists were arrested in flagrante delicto. The thirty-two-year-old was initially placed under house arrest as ordered by the Perugia Prosecutor’s Office, then the judge, after validating the arrest, released him with the obligation to sign.
