On Thursday 30 May from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, at the Rondò dei Talenti in Via Luigi Gallo 1 in Cuneo, the Welfare workshop as a development lever for the territory will be held.

The initiative is part of the programming of WELLGRANDA | Welfare Networks (www.wellgranda.org), action promoted by the CRC Foundation and carried out in collaboration with SocialFare I Center for Social Innovation with the aim of developing and accompanying system actions capable of promoting inclusion, the social and cultural well-being of people in the province of Cuneo.

In this context, the meeting on May 30th aims to encourage the exchange of reflections on the challenges facing the province of Cuneo and the sharing of good welfare practices that can inspire the construction of new online projects.

Guests in the afternoon will be Flaviano Zandonai And Ivana Pais which, moderated by Lorenzo Bandera, Editorial Director Percorsi of Secondo Welfare, they will discuss the role of welfare in territorial development and the economy.

Mauro Gola, president of the CRC Foundation, comments: “Innovating welfare and accompanying the third sector in the transformations that affect our society represent fundamental actions in the path of building a more just, inclusive and sustainable community. Thanks to the Wellgranda project, the Foundation works to improve the quality of life of citizens, with a view to activating the community through a strong synergy with local actors who operate in these areas”.

Flaviano Zandonaiopen innovation manager of the CGM National Consortium, says: “Welfare on a local scale has been an important incubator of social innovation for decades. Now a leap in quality seems necessary to intercept transformative trajectories that come both from below and from above, trying to “land” resources and opportunities on a national and European”.

Ivana Pais, full professor of Economic Sociology in the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, claims that “Platforms are not just digital infrastructures, but organizational models that can have a transformative impact on working conditions, customer relationships and institutional relationships of organizations that provide welfare.”

At the end of the speeches, a moment dedicated to questions and discussion on the topic. For information and registration: https://www.eventbrite.it/e/biglietti-wellgranda-welfare-comeleva-di-sviluppo-per-il-territorio-896087290207
