Free registrations for the music workshops created by APS RESURB and financed under the PugliaCapitaleSociale 3.0 regional program will start on Tuesday 28 May. Starting from the experiences of APS RESURB and the Music section of the IC Don Bosco Battisti (partner of the project), the project proposes to combat the social exclusion of minors with mild disabilities through the creation of a guitar laboratory and a percussion laboratory in which live shows will be added. The music workshops will be spaces in which normally able-bodied children and children with mild disabilities will learn and experiment together, through sounds, movements, structures, silences, pauses and echoes, using specific instruments. In this way they will be able to experience mutual solidarity, respect for others, the stimulus to change and planning.
The entire project will be hosted by the ESCOOP Social Cooperative (project partner) at the CERCAT premises and supported by the partnership of the Municipality of Cerignola. To animate the start of the activities, in conjunction with the opening of free registrations, on Tuesday 28 May at 6.00 pm at the CERCAT rink, there will be a concert by the IC Don Bosco Battisti student orchestra. “A successful launch with the active participation of young people, a model of sociality in which we strongly believe” declares Giuseppe Dagostino, president of APS RESURB -. “We thank the entire partnership for believing in this project, consolidating the public-private alliance, laying solid foundations for the construction of a Territorial Educational Community.
