Civitavecchia – The wall from where the 17 year old fell

He could move soon, more or less in a week, from the Gemelli hospital in Rome to the Bambino Gesù in Palidoro. We are talking about the girl from Civitavecchia who about a month ago fell head first from the Pirgo wall, causing a large hematoma and a compound fracture in her back.

The transition is linked to the beginning of the rehabilitation phase, after the operation that the 17-year-old underwent on her head. The young woman remained in a pharmacological coma for several days with a guarded prognosis. The timeliness of the air ambulance was decisive as it arrived at Pirgo at 1.30am and managed to transfer the teenager to the Roman hospital after less than an hour.

His conditions are said to be clearly improving, so much so that he has started planning a recovery phase. The doctors have not yet said anything about the timing of complete recovery, it also depends on the girl’s response. But from this point of view you filter great optimism.
