Twenty-five National and Lombard associations founders of Coordination of Family Caregiver Committee “B1 B2 sunk”with the support of the law firm Laura Andrao, have decided to appeal to the TAR (Regional Administrative Court), challenging Resolutions no. 1669 of 28 December 2023 and n. 2033 of 18 March 2024 of the Lombardy Region, which «provide – as stated in a note released by the Committee – the cutting of contributions to family caregivers».
During a press conference scheduled for the afternoon of March 27 (4pm), at the Circolo De Amicis in Milan (Via De Amicis, 17), a representative of the Associations, together with Laura Andrao, will explain the reasons for the appeal and the path that led to this onerous choice.
On this and other issues, we remember, last April a thousand people demonstrated in front of the headquarters of the Lombardy Regional Council, under the slogan Let’s all defend the right to exist together. (SB)
