The eight members of the new board of directors of the Perugia Foundation were appointed on Wednesday afternoon. Thus the renewal of the bodies of the philanthropic body is completed, which began on 12 March with the establishment of the steering committee and continued on 7 May with the election of Alcide Casini as president. As required by the Statute, the board of directors is made up of eight members, in addition to the president of the Foundation, and remains in office for four years. The new members are: Anna Maria Baldoni, Marco Carbonari, Ernesto Cesaretti, Roberta Datteri, Pasquale Parise, Franco Moriconi, Mario Rampini and Giulia Vignaroli.
Homework The board of directors manages the Foundation’s assets and exercises all powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration, except those reserved to another body by law or by the statute. Among the activities within its competence: decisions regarding disbursements, the preparation of planning documents and the budget and the organization of the structure.
