According to the prosecution, Claudio Dettori he was a guest of the bartender for about two months when on the morning of April 22 he hit him on the head with a hammer, killing him. Suspicions immediately focused on him, who before fleeing had called the police to report a probable murder in the apartment.

The video surveillance cameras in the area had filmed him entering and leaving the apartment at times compatible with the crime. The victim’s family breathed a sigh of relief and declared that justice had finally been served for 47-year-old Antonio Fara, cruelly massacred by his roommate. The defender instead declared that he wanted to turn to the European Court in Strasbourg.
