The CREA Agriculture and Environment (AA) headquarters in Rome hosts the delegation of students from the agricultural sector of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa for an orientation study day “Learning from Leaders”an initiative designed as part of the tailor-made activities of the Career Service of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, with the main objective of creating a bridge between university and the world of work, offering opportunities for contact, interactions and discussion with the entrepreneurial and professions.

11:00-11:30 – Prof. Giuseppe Corti (Director of CREA-AA) and Dr. Claudia Di Bene (Researcher CREA-AA) – Welcome greeting and introduction of CREA

11.30 – 12.00 – Dr. Walter Chitarra and Dr. Luca Nerva (CREA-VE researchers) – Presentation of the research activities of CREA – Viticulture and Oenology Research Center

12:00 – 12:30 – Dr. Fabio D’Orso (CREA-GB Researcher) – Presentation of the research activities of CREA – Genomics and Bioinformatics Research Center and Lecture on “Genomics and Bioinformatics – Innovation in Agriculture

12.30 – 12.50 – Dr. Claudia Fontana and Dr. Ulderico Neri (CREA-AA Technologists) – Presentation of the research activities within the collaboration program “Internship CREA-AA – IES Abroad”

12.50pm -1.10pm – Dr. Alessandra Trinchera, Dr. Dylan Warren Raffa and Dr. Elena Testani (CREA-AA researchers) – Agroecological strategies, functional biodiversity and circularity of resources

1.10pm-1.30pm – Guided tour of the laboratories and final farewells
