The crimes of criminal association, money laundering, tax fraud, aggravated fraud to the detriment of the State, false material and administrative liability for crimes of the entities are contested for various reasons.

The operation, called «Hive», was conducted by the financiers of the Scafati Company with the collaboration of other departments of the Guardia di Finanza, including the Scico and the dog units «cash dog».
