These days, customers who activate Push notifications via OneSignal on the platform will receive notifications with discounts and benefits on certain products or services at participating businesses. Notifications on phones or PCs will not only offer timely information, but will promote direct engagement between customers and local businesses.

The initial experimentation involving eleven activities has the main objective of evaluating the effectiveness of notifications as a tool for generating interest and involvement.Using notifications, we intend to create a sort of “digital word of mouth” between the businesses involved, allowing them to communicate promotions and special offers directly and instantly.

This will not only encourage the involvement of regular customers, but will also be able to attract new customers interested in the offers available at the businesses involved, increasing visibility, stimulating sales and encouraging word of mouth among customers, thus contributing to the growth and success of the community. users of the Confduc platform of the DUC of Andria
