On May 24, the Italian mangaka will be on tour in the Star Shop My World comic shop in the I Gigli Shopping Center, in Campi Bisenzio, for copy signing, to celebrate the art of global manga and to demonstrate that passion and creativity know no boundaries.

Just as manga continues to conquer more and more readers in Europe, proving to be an art without borders and of great transversal appeal, in recent years in Italy there has been the growth of a new generation of cartoonists, inspired by narration and Japanese aesthetics, who are creating important works on the international scene. Da Hosoi, the stage name of Daniele Magrì, is precisely one of these artists: who grew up immersed in the stories of the great Japanese mangaka, he found the perfect medium for his artistic expression in the techniques and style typical of manga. In collaboration with Star Comics, the mangaka will be on tour in Italian comic shops, passing through Florence on May 24th to present Diablomachia, his latest work, to celebrate the art of global manga and to demonstrate that passion and creativity know no boundaries .

In the world of Diablomachia, benevolent demons are persecuted and tortured by their own kind due to their considered anomalous nature. Forced to escape from the infernal realm, they spend their days in the company of Neve, a young enchanter who plays an essential role in bringing other demons to earth. But the road to freedom is full of obstacles: Neve and her friends will have to face the wrath of the other inhabitants of hell, in a story that explores complex themes such as the fight against discrimination, the search for identity and the challenge of make difficult choices in a hostile reality.

The manga, originally produced in France, arrived on the shelves of Italian comic shops on April 23rd thanks to Star Comics. Deftly blending Japanese graphic-narrative style with an authentic sensibility, Da Hosoi creates a workmanlike shōnen capable of deeply resonating with readers, transporting them on an adventure filled with magic, action and friendship. The author, who honed his artistic skills in Japan under the guidance of renowned authors such as Tetsuo Hara, Tsukasa Hōjō and Nobuhiko Horie, will be on tour in Italian comic shops to share his unique and engaging vision of the manga universe. The appointment is Friday 24 May at 6.00 pm at the Star Shop My World of the I Gigli Shopping Center in Campi Bisenzio, where enthusiasts will have the opportunity to obtain a personalized sketch and a dedication on the volumes of Diablomachia.
