Tivoli Hotels & Resorts opens its second property in Italy: Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi in Florence will open in June

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts announces the expansion of the brand into Italy with the grand opening in June 2024 of a historic property in Florence: Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Florence Hotel, the second in our country. A recently restored luxury palace dating back to the sixteenth century, located in the heart of Florence, Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi is close to major cultural attractions, including the Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo, the Medici Chapel and the San Lorenzo market. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and a 20-minute drive from the Amerigo Vespucci airport. Originally made up of two historic buildings belonging to two aristocratic Florentine families, the Gaddi and the Arrighetti, Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi is a living testimony of a noble past with a unique historical and artistic heritage, such as the frescoed rooms, the artist’s paintings and the art objects, many of which date back to the sixteenth century. The building is characterized by typically Florentine architecture and was recently renovated by internationally renowned interior designers, Patrizia Quartero And Guy Oliver, who have been able to preserve the character and noble spirit of its Renaissance history. Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi offers 86 rooms, including 4 suites, which combine original period furnishings and Florentine art with contemporary comfort and design. The Presidential Suite features a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the cathedral and city. Tivoli offers its guests authentic cuisine in every destination and Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi will be no exception. Led by the renowned Italian chef with a Michelin star Isis of Caesar, the new fine dining restaurant offers an innovative gastronomic journey through Tuscan and Italian cuisine, bringing flavors to the center of the culinary experience. The Winter Garden is the true jewel of the restaurant: a small magical garden with a welcoming and unique atmosphere, which makes every meal a true Made In Italy experience. The hotel’s elegant rooftop bar is the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable summer sunsets with refreshing cocktails, light snacks and one of the best views of the city and the Duomo, while the lobby bar, with its characteristic skylight and fireplace, offers refined drinks, fine wines and delicious appetizers inspired by the local culinary tradition. These three restaurants and bars will be managed by chef Iside de Cesare and her team, who will dedicate all their experience and creativity to making the gastronomic offer of the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi special. For those looking for a dream location in the heart of Florence, Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi is the perfect destination. With three impressive rooms, each with magnificent frescoed ceilings, the hotel can host splendid events, ceremonies and weddings. The property has five meeting spaces, with capacity for up to 200 people.
