Develop and strengthen research and innovation capabilities and the introduction of advanced technologies; strengthen the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in SMEs, including through productive investments; develop skills for smart specialization, industrial transition and entrepreneurship.

These are the objectives of the public notice regarding the “Industrial Development Plans through integrated incentive packages (MINI PIA)”, financed with 21 million euros from the funds of the PR FESR ESF+ 2021 – 2027, which was published in the Official Bulletin of the Basilicata Region n. 25 of 21 May 2024.

They can access the benefits provided by the public notice “micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined in Annex I to EC Regulation no. 651/2014, or business consortia, consortium companies referred to in article 2615 ter of the civil code and cooperative companies referred to in article 2511 et seq. of the civil code”which have an operational headquarters in Basilicata and intend to create an industrial development plan for the realization of productive investments, the acquisition of innovative services and technological transfer and the development of skills through training.

The maximum contribution that can be granted for the Industrial Development Plan cannot exceed the amount of 1 million and 500 thousand euros.

The minimum amount of the productive investment project to be nominated is equal to 600 thousand euros for the creation of new initiatives and 250 thousand euros for investments in expansion, diversification, acquisition of a factory, reactivation and transfer of existing plants.

The maximum contribution that can be granted for the innovative services project and technology transfer is equal to 150 thousand euros.

The contribution for the company training project cannot exceed the maximum amount of 70 thousand euros.

Applications to obtain the benefit can be submitted exclusively through the electronic counter which will be open starting from 8.00 am on 17/06/2024 and until 6.00 pm on 13/09/2024 in the “Notices and Notices” section of the website www.regione.basilicata.it. All the procedures and requirements will be detailed on the “Centrale Bandi” IT platform and instructions for completing and submitting the application will be provided.
