Thirteen years later, Pro Recco – Savona returns to award the Scudetto: tomorrow at Punta Sant’Anna – starting at 6.45 pm live on Rai Sport – match 1 will be played.
The Biancocelesti, holders of the title, are aiming for Tricolore number 36, the third in a row. For Savona there are three Italian titles on the board.
“It has the same value as other years – the words of captain Francesco Di Fulvio – the difference compared to the recent past is that it will be an all-Ligurian final and therefore I expect an even warmer environment: we can’t wait to play these matches. Punta Sant’Anna will be fundamental, our fans are always close to us in these matches and we are sure that we will feel their warmth tomorrow too.”
Navarra and Carmignani will referee the match. There are still few tickets available on vivaticket.com. Game 2 will be played in Savona on Saturday 25 May at 8.45pm.
