“The budget of the first year of the second”Smodello D’Alberto-Teramo” is unfortunately worse than expected and predictable, having only generated untrue announcements, blocked jobs, cities and citizens on their knees and considerable economic damage!
We have in fact gone from doing nothing… to doing damage!
In reality, in addition to the usual cloying litany of “we will do, we will start, we will evaluate, we will see…“the most serious issues of the city remain unresolved and far from a concrete and quick solution, such as public reconstruction, the recovery of cultural and archaeological sites, urban decoration, the relaunch of the historic centre, strategic, urban, commercial and productive development and tourist of the city.
In addition to the many words, two objective examples are emblematic that dramatically illustrate the illegitimate modus operandi of this council: 1) the municipal cinema-theater issue, with very serious damages for the Municipality (at least 700,000.00 euros) caused, using the words of the well-known TAR Abruzzo ruling, with “negligent conduct contrary to the principles of good faith and private trust”; 2) inaction and administrative incapacity: the incredible and infinite farce of the reconstruction of the historical and institutional headquarters of the Municipality. The Mayor and the Council are no longer credible and must resign for the good and respect of the citizens”
