This will be more active in its effects on the flat part towards the east, the border with Turin and, generally, north of the Po. After this passage we will still have instability, which will manifest itself in several phases in the next few days.
Today, Tuesday 21st. Unstable day, both in its first part (night included). Subsequently we should see an improvement, which however is subject to suspicion, because the afternoon could hold localized surprises. Wind always without excesses. Temperatures slightly and generally increasing.
