The wait is over: the Catania will be Avellino’s opponent in the double match valid for the Second Round of the National Play-off Phase. The wolves will therefore be on stage at the “Cibali Massimino” Tuesday 21 May and to the “Partenio-Lombardi” Saturday 25th. As per the rules, the Wolves, as the “top seed”, will have two out of three results in their favor to secure a pass to the Semi-finals. As for the other pairings it will be: Vicenza–Padua, Benevento–Torres And Juventus Next Gen–Carrarese.

THE PATH TO CATANIA
Complicated season for the Etna players who closed at 13th place (salvation achieved on the last day) but who find themselves in the play-offs thanks to the victory of Italian Serie C Cup. They followed each other well on the rossoblù bench three coaches. We started with Luca Tabbiani, author of the promotion from D to C last season; and then continue with Cristiano Lucarellisacked after Partenio’s 5-2 defeat in favor of Michele Zeoli.
As for the numbers, Catania got it on the scoresheet 39 goals (fourth worst attack in Group C, ed) in front of the 38 goals suffered. As for individuals, the player to keep at bay is Samuel Di Carminethe only Etna attacker to reach double figures with 10 goals. The numbers of the other attackers are fair: Cosimo Chiricò it’s six in the season; Pietro Cianci instead it is stuck at five.
