Città di Varese parts ways with sporting director Davide Raineri and coach Corrado Cotta. After just one season the red and white club decides to make a new change from a technical point of view.

The City of Varese greets and thanks the Sports Director Davide Raineri and Mister Corrado Cotta for the work done this season.
“I have already had the opportunity to praise and thank the Director and the Coach for what they have done during the year. With the difficulties that we all know Raineri managed to set up a very competitive team, a team that Cotta had the ability to shape and make into a real group. I’m happy to have had the opportunity to collaborate with two real people who have always worked professionally, which is rare in the football environment. However, something was missing, our goal for next season is to improve this year’s result, I assume from now on all the responsibility for this choice and the future one with the figures we will include in our staff”.
