The lawyer ISABELLA MARRA and the entrepreneur PIERLUIGI VOLANTE are candidates as councilors on the Fratelli d’Italia list in the next municipal elections on 8 and 9 June.
“ We have decided to get involved alongside the mayoral candidate Marco Innocenzi, in order to guarantee the citizens of Tiburtina a cohesive action to restart our city. Tivoli needs a common project of great impact to provide certain, concrete and feasible answers, capable of reviving the fortunes of a city that is currently dormant in its total abandonment. We have a structured work programand aimed at overcoming the critical issues and problems now known to our entire community.
Road conditions, traffic, parking, tourism, environment, urban decoration, culture, just to mention a few essential points. The traffic problem needs to be resolved with a new road system and new parking lots; a plan of important public works must be implemented that will pay off Tivoli is a modern city, liveable for citizens and welcoming for tourists. Tivoli must become a place where culture is the source for tourism and the latter the resource for the city. Tivoli must become a clean, well-kept, decorous city with the rebirth of all its parks and gardens, subjected to constant maintenance. Tivoli must give job opportunities to young, unavoidable resources, enhancing their talents. Tivoli must become a city of sport, with the recovery of existing structures and the construction of new facilities. We need to recover and redevelop the neighborhoods, Bivio di San Polo, Crocetta, Arci, Villa Adriana, Campolimpido, Favale, Tivoli Terme, our wonderful historic center, places today totally forgotten by all the administrations that have followed one another over time, with inevitable consequences primarily on the safety level. We know how arduous and not without obstacles our objective can be, but we have the determination and competence necessary to carry out this great but imperative project. We are a team in harmony, formed for the sole purpose of being able to work together for the well-being of all of us citizens of Tivoli. What we can guarantee to our fellow citizens is our determination to implement the necessary and now unpostponable objectives for this beautiful city. We ask for the support of all of you, so that Isabella Marra and Pierluigi Volante, together, and as members of a team, can have a positive impact on the new municipal administration”.
