Everything is ready at CremonaFiere for the third edition of Japan Showscheduled for May 18th and 19th, with the inauguration scheduled for 12pm on Saturday in pavilion 1 of the fair.

Japan Show is the exhibition dedicated to Japanese culture which offers a focus on different sectors and aspects of the Japanese world. From craftsmanship to gastronomic specialities, from the study of the language to writing, through art and design. A varied exhibition repertoire completed and enriched by a high-level events programme, developed in collaboration with cultural associations and professionals in the field.

Among the scheduled events: Origami, Kusudama, sushi and gyoza preparation workshops, mini Japanese language courses; Bonsai and Bento exhibitions, Martial Arts demonstrations, dance shows and Kimono dressing with exceptional guests such as Kenta Suzuki and Yoshie Nishikawa. For lovers of Japan it is a unique and unmissable event.

Italian Koi Expo is the only international event dedicated to koi carp in Italy with a dedicated exhibition section, informative events and qualified scientific insights and the highly anticipated Koi Show. There are over 180 specimens entered in the competition, coming from Italy and Europe.

16 varieties are admitted to the competition: Kohaku, Sanke, Showa, Bekko, Utsuri, Asagi, Sushui, Koromo, Goshiki, Kawarigoi, Hikarimuji, Hikarimoyo, Hikari-Utsuri, Tancho, Ginrin, Doitsu, evaluated by the internationally renowned ZNA judges: Rudi Van Den Broeck (Belgium), Ronald Stam (Holland), Niko Bellens (Belgium) and Ruud Besems (Holland).

The competition awards will be held on Sunday 19 May at 3pm at the competition field set up in pavilion 1.

Japan Show and Italian Koi Expo, organized by CremonaFiere and IKA (Italian Koi Association), will remain open to the public on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May, from 10:00 to 19:00. Tickets are already available online at the link: www.japanshow.it/ticket.
