HIGHWAY: On the A21 the branch to Fiorenzuola is closed due to the flooding of the underpass near the junction towards Bologna, a section under the responsibility of Autostrade per l’Italia.

Only yesterday there were 500 interventions by firefighters throughout Lombardy, 100 of which were carried out between Milan, Varese, Cremona and Lodi. Civil Protection was also mobilised, particularly in the Crema area. Flooding of roads in concentrated fields between Vaiano, Dovera, Ripalta Cremasca, Pizzighettone, San Bassano, Soresina and Castelleone. Real emergency in Dovera where last night the Tormo river flooded, invading via Folla and the surrounding areas.
