TREVISO – Deejay Ten sold out for its debut in Treviso, the creator Linus will receive the keys to the city from the hands of the mayor Mario Conte. The event is organized under the patronage of the Municipality of Treviso.

The routes and the program

With two different routes, suitable for people of all ages and athletic abilities – 10 and 5 km, the first aimed at 16 year olds, the second accessible to anyone – the Deejay Ten is the ideal event to spend a Sunday morning at ‘teaches sport and entertainment, in the company of Radio Deejay. For the Treviso stage, in addition to Linus, who will start the race, some of the most loved voices in the Deejay world will also be present who will liven up the Village and the starting stage with moments of entertainment and improvised gags, including Matteo Curti, Vic, Diego Passoni, La Vale and the Medusa Trio. Furthermore, on Saturday the mayor of Treviso, Mario Contewill give Linus the keys to the City for the choice to bring an important event like Deejay Ten to Treviso, a town that has always been strongly linked to the Radio Deejay community.

On Sunday the runners wearing the green and blue shirts will leave at 9.30 am from viale Nino Bixio. After passing the start, the participants will walk along the historic sixteenth-century walls of Treviso up to the Porta Santi Quaranta, reach the Sile River to cross it and then walk along it to Piazza Vittoria. From here the two routes, the 10km and the 5km one, will split. The first will continue towards the Ponte di San Martino and, continuing along the river, will arrive at the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and then continue towards the historic center of the city in the direction of the Loggia dei Cavalieri. From here the participants will arrive in via Daniele Manin, passing behind the Duomo, and will continue towards Piazza Pio Having crossed the Buranelli Canal, the 10 km route will then rejoin the 5 km route and both, passing through Viale Bartolomeo Burchiellati, will cross the finish line in Borgo Giuseppe Mazzini.

In the Deejay Village, located in Piazzale Burchiellati, it will be possible to request information and collect the bib and shirt on Saturday 18 May (from 10.00 to 19.00) and Sunday 19 May (from 7.00 to 9.00), but also to attend the fun moments of entertainment with the radio speakers, prepare for the race to the rhythm of the music with the muscle warm-up proposed by the central stage and take part in the various activities offered at the sponsors’ stands. After the stages in Turin, Bari, Viareggio and Sunday in Treviso, the “Deejay Ten” will end with the grand finale in Milan on 13 October.
