L’International Organization for Animal Protection (Oipa) is ready to transfer the four cattle that wander in the territory of Refrancore, in the province of Asti, to save them from death.

Oipa is now waiting for a response from the Municipality and the ASL to give a happy ending to the story and a peaceful life for the four Refrancore cattle.
