“Tales from the Cottage FiordiMaggio – The adventures of Gastone and other little friends” is the book that Monica Fialdini will present on Monday 20 May 2024 at 5 pm in the Sala della Resistenza at Palazzo Ducale. The book is published by Tara Editoria and is part of the Myosotis series, edited by Angela Maria Fruzzetti. Professor Vincenzo Genovese, from the Massa Carrara USP Office, will dialogue with the author. The publisher, Daniele Tarantino, will be present.
The event is sponsored by the Province of Massa Carrara, Tara Editoria and the Insieme cultural association. The book takes readers into a special world, that of animals, of four-legged friends. “With them we can appreciate the changing of the seasons – comments the author –, rediscover how satisfying the beauty of the natural world is, the simplicity of small things, the genuineness of gestures made from the heart. Even as adults it is possible to rediscover these treasures… so let’s leave the cold light of the smartphone for a while and with our kids let’s be embraced by the light of the sun, by nature and by our four-legged friends”. Monica Fialdini is a teacher of Chemistry and Biology and has supported postgraduate studies in nutrition, nutrition and sport; women’s nutrition from childhood to menopause; physiotherapy and herbal medicine, food safety and more. Already the author of “Millefiori Fiordifrutta” and “Rhymes from Millefiori”, volumes that are part of a food education project, Monica Fialdini returns to the public with “Stories from the Cottage FiordiMaggio – The adventures of Gastone and other little friends” (Tara Editoria ).
