The facts date back to the months of July, August and September 2023 when several showed symptoms of prolonged drowsinessbalance disorders, tiredness, heachache, speaking difficulties and more. Further investigations also revealed that he had, without any justification, the availability of an active medicinal product anxiolytic/sedative whose active ingredient had been found in biological samples taken from one of the intoxicated operators. Medicine, which he himself told colleagues and friends that he had used to calm his own dog as it disturbed the neighbors.
