The initiative, sponsored by Regional Council of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Municipality of Udine, Pordenone-Udine Chamber of Commerce, Confesercenti Udine, ANGLAT, FISH FVG, PromoTurismoFVG and organized in collaboration with Willeasy and the social promotion association I’M GOING with the support of ISIS “Bonaldo Stringher”, PrimaCassa Credito Cooperativo FVG, Città Fiera Shopping Center, Consorzio TPL FVG, Turismo 85, SINE, Despar Nord, DueCi Solution&Software Partner Passepartout, will be structured in three different moments. On May 30th, in the morning, preview at the Zanon auditorium with Nicola Romanelli And Zaira Magliozzi that they will talk about Cskills and Tourism Professions of Tomorrow with children from schools and universities engaged in study courses linked to the promotion of the territory and hospitality. The theme that will characterize the following day will be introduced Annalisa Noacco which will engage students on the value of inclusiveness in tourism. The day of May 31st, entirely scheduled in the Valduga Hall at the Udine headquarters of the Pordenone-Udine Chamber of Commerce, will have as its macro-theme Accessibility and Inclusion: tourism for all and will be divided into 2 parts. In the morning, Alessandra Priante, Antonio Bravo, Miguel Carrasco Hernández, Gianluca Galimberti, Roberto Romeo, Maria Cristina Schiratti, Palmiro Noschese and William Del Negro they will host a talk entitled Inclusive tourism: fewer slogans, more opportunities. In the early afternoon, round table Accessible tourism, the future has just begun: experts and companies compared with the participation of Andrea Ferretti, Paolo Coppola, Concetta D’Emma, Andrea Tomasoni, Giuliana Ganzini And Lisa Zancanaro.

Accessibility for Future is a project born from the collaboration between Willeasy, City Vision and masterclass . Looking to the future, designing it and connecting public administrators, entrepreneurs, startups, professionals, schools and universities: this is the objective of the event during which we will talk about smart cities and tourism with a focus on inclusion and on data relating to the accessibility of places and public services.
“With this initiative – declares William Del Negro – we intend to promote dialogue and sharing of intentions between local and national stakeholders with the aim of tracing a common path to follow towards the future with accessibility and open data at the centre. A theme that finds two contexts within which to articulate itself in smart cities and tourism. Planning, dialogue, good practices are the watchwords that will guide us during the debut of the Accessibility for Future format with the city of Udine and the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region as protagonists”.
During the two days, there will also be space for off-table events, proposals for dialogue between participants thanks to stimuli from the local community. The IO CI VADO association, partner of the event e Remove Test Center, will also make available the bicycles included in the project Cycling against loneliness, currently being launched with the Municipality of Udine. Guided tours will be organized to help event participants discover the city by testing innovative solutions. Finally, focus also on local food and wine specialties with food & beverage moments managed by the kids from the local Hotel Institute.
