Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa is among the first intermediaries who will make use of the new Vorvel platform for the placement of Investment Certificates on the primary market.
BAPR’s participation in the new segment as a distributor, following the agreement signed with Mediobanca, testifies to the Sicilian Institute’s commitment to researching the most innovative tools available on the market to satisfy the investment needs of its customers.

The Vorvel platform
The new platform and its operating methods are designed to allow a variety of medium and small-sized banks to participate in the same operation, pooling their overall distribution capacity. Mediobanca as issuer and Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa as exclusive distributor are the first intermediaries to use it. The new distribution platform represents an evolution of the solution already in use on Vorvel for the distribution of bank bonds, revisited due to the specificities of the certificates.
