Balich Wonder Studio will organize the 400th Santa Rosalia Festino. The Milanese company obtained the highest score in the tender announced by the Municipality of Palermo. It got the better of Vm Agency with G2 Eventi, already organizer of the Festino six editions ago.
The Balich Wonder Studio was awarded the highest score in the tender announced by the Municipality of Palermo for the organization of the 400th Festino of Santa Rosalia. Balich Wonder Studio boasts the organization of various events in its curriculum such as the opening of the Football World Cup in Qatar, various opening ceremonies of the Olympics and Paralympics. He created the Tree of Life at the Milan Expo 2015 and in 1989 he organized the mega Pink Floyd concert which was held in Venice. The company is led by the Venetian Marco Balich, 62 years old, with Carlos Navarrete.
What does the organization foresee
The Balich Wonder Studio will take care of the preparation of the triumphal chariot, the traditional procession on the evening of July 14th along the Cassaro, the arrangement of the lights on Corso Vittorio Emanuele – from Porta Nuova to Porta Felice – and finally the fireworks at the Foro Italico.
The official award of the tender is expected next week, for which the Municipality has put 750 thousand euros on the scale.
