What is Spid and how is it activated? How do I access the electronic health record? What about making an online payment or printing a certificate from the Internet? New technologies can really make life a lot easier, but for many, mastering them is not easy.
So that they are truly an opportunity for everyone, between 27 April and 8 May 2024 in the territories of the Municipalities of Ravenna, Cervia and Russi, 16 digital facilitation points will open, in which a facilitator will support citizens by offering them assistance and free training for access and use of online services and digital technologies.
The facilitators will have the task of accompanying citizens in numerous services such as the use of the Internet, technologies, devices and digital public services, from the more generic ones (for example how to manage their emails or certified e-mails, how to make reports/ online complaints, how to book appointments online) to those relating to specific platforms (for example how to activate Spid – Public digital identity system, the electronic health record, how to make an online payment, how to print personal data certificates or book the insurance card electronic identity).
With the slogan “There is a point where digital is easy” the Municipality of Ravenna, the leading body in aggregation with the Municipalities of Cervia and Russi and in agreement with the social cooperative Librazione in grouping with the social cooperative Villaggio Globale, gives launch of the “Digitale facile in Emilia-Romagna” project, following the agreement with the Emilia-Romagna Region for the implementation of measure 1.7.2 of the Pnrr “Digital facilitation services network” financed by the European Union.
The objective is to spread digital skills among citizens, encourage the autonomous, aware and responsible use of new technologies, promote the right of active digital citizenship by all, encourage the use of public and private online services, through assistance individual, small group training courses and special projects with the senior centers of Ravenna, the civic centers of Godo and San Pancrazio and the Acer buildings of Cervia.
So anyone can make an appointment and book a meeting at one of the most convenient facilitation points, as well as requesting to participate in training courses on specific topics.
